I am SO excited to share this with you!
If you LOVE food but want to lose weight or get healthier without “dieting” {ICK, I HATE that word!}, THIS is for YOU!
This new program is designed to help the WHOLE family eat healthier without counting calories, cutting carbs, eating ridiculous “diet” foods, falling victim to fad diets, or feeling deprived! Instead, it focuses on eating more of the right foods, eliminating processed foods, maximizing results, and ENJOYING life and the foods you eat!
WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM UNIQUE:

Instead of just telling you WHAT to eat, this program TEACHES you the WHY and HOW so that you can continue living the healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life without ever “dieting” again!
The whole program is designed around colored containers that teach you how much of each food group you should be eating in a day. I’ve never used these to limit myself. Instead, I use them to make sure I’m eating ALL the good foods I should be eating in a day (because I learned that I didn’t eat enough veggies or protein or healthy fats for the first 30 years of my life!)!

There are “tracks” for those who want to lose weight vs gain weight vs get more muscular as well as options for vegans and vegetarians!
EXERCISE
Exercise is optional with this program! So if you are a brand new mom who hasn’t been cleared to work out yet (like I was) or are recovering from an injury, you can definitely focus on the food.
But if you want to maximize your results, exercise is recommended! You can get a year’s access to ALL our programs (thousands of different workouts) in our Beachbody On Demand library…which is like the Netflix of workouts or what I call “Sweatflix!”

The groups are done in a private app, which allows you to log your workout (if you choose to work out) and/or superfood shake each day, upload your progress photos, and track your measurements. So everything is done in one place and I can see what you are logging and keep you accountable and on track! Also, it is in a private setting where everyone works on their GOALS!!!
I post every day (a fitness tip, wellness tip, recipes, motivation, etc.) and a daily “assignment” (ex. set a goal for the week, share a success, etc.).
