Super Trainer Joel Freeman {who is seeexxxxy AF} is at it again, with a new program that will burn AN HOUR AND A HALF’S worth of calories in JUST 30 MINUTES!!!
This program, LIIFT4, is all about building lean muscle and torching calories! By combining weightlifting and high intensity interval training (HIIT) with a short core routine, you are going to shred and tone your body like NEVER before.
And another reason why I’m SO excited for this program is that it’s QUICK and EFFECTIVE with 30-40 minute workouts at home, just FOUR times a week!!! Can I get a WOHOOOO?!?!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
One of the BEST things about this program is that you will never get bored because you will NEVER do the same workout twice! Yep, there are 32 unique workouts, just 4 days a week!
The LIIFT4 program is divided into two parts: the first 6 weeks is designed to tone your body, and the last two weeks will burn through calories and fat.
The only equipment required is a set of light, medium, and heavy weights or resistance bands.

This program uses a simple way to help keep your body fueled and primed for success—even including an optional “cheat day.” There are no gimmicks, no complicated recipes. Just 5 easy steps designed to deliver serious results!
WHEN CAN I START?
LIIFT4 launches on Beachbody on Demand on October 1st, but you can gain access through the VIP Early Access Sale on June 11th which will give you early access to the workouts!
If you join me in June, you will be able to access the ENTIRE LIIFT 4 program on July 16th AND get access to four different B4 LIIFT 4 workouts that we’ll do together through June!
Only those who purchase a LIIFT 4 package will be able to access these workouts before October!

PRIVATE GROUPS FOR SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY
As always, I will be hosting a virtual fit club (or an online accountability group) to motivate and support all the women who join me! We’ll create a little community and cheer each other on. It’s just amazing and so effective!
The groups are done in a private app, which allows you to log your workout and superfood shake each day, upload your progress photos, and track your measurements. So everything is done in one place and I can see what you are logging and keep you accountable and on track!
I post every day (a fitness tip, wellness tip, recipes, motivation, etc.) and a daily “assignment” (ex. set a goal for the week, share a success, etc.).
So in addition to the fitness component, we dig deep and work on the emotional aspects of the transformation too. We all support each other and cheer one another on, so there’s a great community and friendship aspect as well! The group and my 1:1 support is free. You just purchase your LIIFT 4 package through me!
